Accessing Cameyo by Google

Cameyo by Google provides secure access to virtual applications and desktops through a web browser. Depending on your organization’s setup, applications may be accessed directly through ChromeOS, a supported web browser, or through administrator-provided access portals.

Before You Begin

Before using Cameyo by Google, make sure you have:
  1. A supported Google account or company-provided credentials
  2. A stable internet connection
  3. A supported web browser, such as Google Chrome
  4. Access permissions provided by your organization’s IT administrator
Your organization may also require:
  1. Chrome Enterprise enrollment
  2. ChromeOS or ChromeOS Flex devices
  3. Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Accessing Cameyo

  1. Open Google Chrome or another supported browser.
  2. Go to the Cameyo environment URL provided by your administrator.
  3. Sign in using your Google or organization credentials.
  4. After signing in, available applications and desktops will appear on the home screen.

Installing Required Components

In most environments, Cameyo applications run directly in the browser and no local installation is required.
However, some organizations may require:
  1. Browser extensions
  2. Local printing components
  3. Additional enterprise management tools
If prompted:
  1. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
  2. Allow required browser permissions.
  3. Restart the browser if requested.

Launching an Application

  1. Sign in to the Cameyo portal.
  2. Select an available application.
  3. Wait for the session to initialize.
  4. Begin using the application directly from your browser window.
