Getting Started with Cameyo by Google

Cameyo by Google allows users to securely access virtual applications and desktops from nearly any device using a web browser.
This guide introduces the main features and basic tasks to help you begin using the platform.

Sign In to Cameyo

  1. Open your organization’s Cameyo portal.
  2. Enter your Google or company credentials.
  3. Complete any required multi-factor authentication steps.
  4. After signing in, you will see your assigned applications and resources.
Depending on your organization’s setup, the home page may include:
  1. Published applications
  2. Virtual desktops
  3. Recently used applications
  4. User profile settings
  5. Session management options

Launch Applications

  1. Select an application from the portal.
  2. Wait for the application session to start.
  3. Use the application directly within the browser.
Some applications may take additional time to load during peak usage periods.

Save and Access Files

Your organization may allow:
  1. Google Drive integration
  2. Cloud storage access
  3. Local file uploads and downloads

To upload files:

  1. Open the running application.
  2. Use the upload or file access option provided within the session.
  3. Select the file from your device.

End a Session

To safely end a session:

  1. Save your work.
  2. Sign out of the application if required.
  3. Close the browser tab or select Log Out from the Cameyo portal.
