Cameyo by Google allows users to securely access virtual applications and desktops from nearly any device using a web browser.
This guide introduces the main features and basic tasks to help you begin using the platform.
Sign In to Cameyo
- Open your organization’s Cameyo portal.
- Enter your Google or company credentials.
- Complete any required multi-factor authentication steps.
- After signing in, you will see your assigned applications and resources.
Navigate the Home Page
Depending on your organization’s setup, the home page may include:
- Published applications
- Virtual desktops
- Recently used applications
- User profile settings
- Session management options
Launch Applications
- Select an application from the portal.
- Wait for the application session to start.
- Use the application directly within the browser.
Some applications may take additional time to load during peak usage periods.
Save and Access Files
Your organization may allow:
- Google Drive integration
- Cloud storage access
- Local file uploads and downloads
To upload files:
- Open the running application.
- Use the upload or file access option provided within the session.
- Select the file from your device.
End a Session
To safely end a session:
- Save your work.
- Sign out of the application if required.
- Close the browser tab or select Log Out from the Cameyo portal.
