Google License Management
The LenovoPro store empowers our business customers to purchase and manage Google licensing. This article covers the basics of purchasing, activating, updating and suspending the Google Licenses. Purchasing New Licenses
- Navigate to the LenovoPro store and login with your Lenovo ID.
- Go to Software > Google and select View All Google Products.
- Locate the desired Product and Subscription, and select Add To Cart.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter the Shipping Information and click Continue to Payment.
- Add or Select Credit Card, Review your order, then click Place Your Order.

Most orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase. When the order is completed, you will receive email confirmation and further instructions.
Activating New Licenses
- Upon completing your purchase, you will receive two emails from Lenovo. The first one will be an order confirmation and the second one will be an email titled "Additional information is required to process your request". You need to fill in an Activation Form (link) in the second email.
- Enter the Domain name you wish to use for the Google Subscription and Select Purchase type.
- Enter Admin email prefix and click Submit.

Once the Activation Form is completed. Google will send you an email directly with the next steps for accessing your Google Admin account.
Updating Licenses in LenovoPro
Licensing for Google can be increased or decreased from LenovoPro by visiting the My Account Page
- Navigate to the LenovoPro store and login with your Lenovo ID.
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Select the Pencil Icon under QTY, and enter the count you wish to modify.
Suspending Licenses in LenovoPro
Licensing for Google can be suspended from the LenovoPro by visiting the My Account Page
- Navigate to the LenovoPro store and login with your Lenovo ID.
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Select the Pencil Icon under QTY, and enter 0 for the license value.
